One of the most effective ways to get kids to do the right thing is to catch them and point it out, just like what happens when kids are caught doing something wrong.

That's the theory behind the "Gotcha!" Program. AmeriCorps Members spend time in classrooms in Anniston City Schools and catch kids behaving well. When they are caught, they are given a "Gotcha! slip." At the end of the month, the classroom with the most slips gets rewards such as a pizza party.
